The Challenge / Objective

Politecnico di Milano(MIP) School of Management is a premiere polytechnic university in Europe that was ready to serve more students in India. Its niche International Masters programs (Cyber Security Management, Business Analytics and Big Data, FinTech,etc) needed to attract more applicants in key markets where they wanted to grow. In order to generate more interest from Indian students, MIP partnered with us to build brand awareness in the region and attract the right prospects to its industry 3.0 programs.

Our Solution

After analyzing MIP’s programs’ features, profiles of existing students and alumni graduating from those programs, as well as the potential career outcomes for prospective students, we designed a targeted outreach plan for undergraduate institutions.

We also made a broader promotional push through social media influencers, as well as through network partners to catapult student interest, with a key focus on Indian students. We were then able to secure registrations for an online, interactive masterclass: “High-Tech Careers in the Post-Pandemic Era in Europe.”

The Impact

Our targeted, two- pronged approach attracted over 800 registrations and 330+ attendees to the masterclass.

With a roughly 40% registration-to-attendance rate, the dynamic, themed session was able to inform a substantial audience about the high value of MIP’s industry 3.0 programs.

These high-impact sessions helped the MIP admissions team convert a substantial number of the leads from interest to enrollment in its programs.
